      PART OF SPEECH (ये 8 प्रकार के होते है)

               1.  The NOUN (Naming Word)

 संज्ञा किसी वस्तु, स्थान, व्यक्ति, गुण, कार्य व अवस्था को प्रकट    करने वाले शब्द Noun को कहते है | As- Ram, Mohan, book,     Agra etc.

परिभाषा — A Noun is a word used as the name of person Place or Things.

Ex- Ram Plays football.   Ram (Noun)

Life is for Joy.       Life (Noun)

       2.  The PRONOUN (Substituting word)

संज्ञा के स्थान पर प्रयुक्त होने वाले शब्दो को Pronoun कहते है |     
 As – I We You They etc.

परिभाषा- A Pronoun is word which is used in place of a Noun.

Ex- He is my brother.   He (Pronoun)

           3.  The Adjective (Qualifying word)

Noun or Pronoun की विशेषता प्रकट करने वाले शब्दो को विशेषण (Adjective) कहते है | As- Tall, Black, Small, Good, etc.

परिभाषा- An Adjective is a word used to add something to the meeting of a Noun.

Ex- Ravi is Smart. Smart (Adjective)

              4.  The Verb‌(Saying Word)

Verb वह शब्द है जो किसी व्यक्ति स्थान यह वस्तु के सम्बंध मे किसी कार्य के होने या करने की ओर संकेत करता है | As - Plays, Goes Jumped, sleeps etc.

परिभाषा- A Verb is a word used to say something about some Person, Place or Things.

Ex- He Sleeps. Sleeps (Verb)

                 5.  The ADVERB (Modifying Word)

Adverb वह शब्द है जो Noun, Pronoun, Interjection को छोड कर अन्य सभी Part of Speech (Verb, Adjective, Adverb, Preposition and Conjunction) की विशेषता बताता है उसे क्रिया-विशेषण कहते है | 

As- fast, Hard, Well, Quickly, Very, Just etc.

परिभाषा- A Adverb is a word that modify anything except Noun, Pronoun, and Interjection.

Ex- I Work hard.  Hard (Adverb)

         6.  The PREPOSITION (Governing Word)

Preposition वह शब्द है जो किसी संज्ञा या सर्वनाम से पूर्व प्रयुक्त होकर उसका सम्बंध वाक्य की किसी अन्य Noun or Pronoun से प्रगट करे Preposition कहलाता है | As- At, On, To, IN,Under, By, About etc.

परिभाषा – A Preposition is a word used before a Noun or Pronoun to show how the person or thing denoted by it stands in relation to something else.

Ex- I get up at 5 o’clock.      At (Preposition)

    He came here on Sunday. on (Preposition) 

        7.The Conjunction (Connecting Word)

Conjunction वह शब्द है जो दो शब्दो, दो वाक्यो या दो उप-वाक्यो को जोडता है इसे Connective भी कहते है | As- and, but, or, yet,that etc.

परिभाषा- A Conjunction is a word used to join two words clauses or sentences.

Ex- Ram and Mohan go to school.       And (Conjunction)

              8.The Interjection(Exclamatory Word)

Interjection वह शब्द है जो ह्दय मे अचानक उठने वाले भावो को प्रकट करे | As- alas!, Oh!, Hurrah!, Bravo!, Hello!.

परिभाषा- An interjection is a word which express some sudden feeling.

Ex- What a idea!

    Hello dear! How are you?   Dear! (exclamatory)
